Description:	Caragh Chocolates started on the kitchen at the Old Forge in Sark. With a recipe book and lashings of cream we set out to see how nice it would be to combine Sark Cream with really good Chocolate. The results were wonderful and it has snowballed from there.We sold our first boxes in March 1993 in the craft shop on Sark.It was great to see people really enjoying freshly made Chocolates with the added luxury of Sark cream. By 1994 we were supplying outlets in Sark and Guernsey and our kitchen table was beginning to protest (as were the five children!) so we moved to empty premises next door. We needed bigger melting pots and more moulds but the feedback was so positive that we couldn't let people down. In 1995 Caragh Couldridge, the creator of Caragh Chocolates, won the Good Housekeeping 'Women of the Year' award and the chocolates were pronounced the most wonderful that the 'GHI' team had tasted in a long time.
