After spending several of their family vacations at the French Riviera, in 2000 they decided to open their first Florida retail store. The store specializes in European home accents and gifts. It allows the owners to share their passion for the European style and glamour with their customers.

The Ugartes travel actively to Europe searching for that very special gift that carries the impeccable style and warmth of the European Riviera. For their wholesale division, the Ugartes have their corporate offices and air-conditioned warehouse in Boca Raton, Florida. They are the exclusive distributors for the United States of the world's renowned Maxim's de Paris chocolate and gourmet products. These chocolates, coffees, teas and tableware come from the most Parisian restaurant of all, Maxim's, established in Paris in 1893.
