Following in the fine tradition of my great-grandfather, Henry Mangels, shown here in front of his candy store in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn in 1898, these truffles are made using only the purest ingredients: chocolate, butter, heavy cream and liqueur. No preservatives and no artifical flavors. Hand-made from start to finish, these truffles taste better than the rest because they are.
