Description:	Aaron Lindgren Chocolates began in 1996 as a way of sharing my passion for creating the confections I was learning at Charlie Trotter's in Chicago with the people I cared about. The response to the chocolates was overwhelmingly positive. So much so that it has altered the direction of my entire life!
